Founded in 1985 by Josephine Imre, Softlogic is seen as the premiere competitor to Paralux and Peach in the consumer technology space.

Their popular virtual reality headset became a best-seller and propelled the company to tremendous profits in the early 20-teens.

Since the resignation of Imre in late 2014 and her sale of her entire stake in the company performance has been lackluster. The market appears to have little confidence in its success under new CEO, Andre Madison.
