Considered by many as "too big to fail", DarkLink has managed to survive poor management, worse customer service, and a dedication to pretty much screwing over everybody: their customers, vendors, and employees.

Their corporate structure is more like that of a small failed nation-state than a traditional corporate entity. Their current CEO, Albert Wainwright IV, is the fourth in a long line of Wainwrights who have helmed the company. Known for their eccentricities, the current Wainwright CEO is rumored by many to make decisions by consulting a psychic.
